When Joining The Tour,
These Options are Available to
You:
- Fly into Nashville (BNA) on the first scheduled day of the Nashville Tour. A BVT representative
will arrive at 11 am.
- Drive to Nashville and meet the group at the hotel on the first
scheduled day of the Tour.
Arrival at Nashville Airport (BNA)
Arranging Flight Times (BNA):
Arrivals into BNA: Schedule
air arrivals as close to noon as possible but prior to 3:00 pm on the
first day of the Nashville
tour.
Departures from BNA: Schedule
air departures from BNA on the last day of the tour as close as possible
to, but not prior to, 11 am.
Airport Transfers
First Day: Airport transfer
is provided to your hotel upon arrival.
Last Day: Motorcoach transfer
is scheduled to arrive at BNA prior to 2 pm.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of $250 per person is required at time of
reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to tour date.
Tour Cancellation Protection Plan (TCPP)
In order to protect your purchase we strongly recommend
the purchase of our TCPP. For your Christmas Nashville
Tour the plan is priced

How to Dress
The dress is casual attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are not recommended. Jeans and shorts are OK.
How To Make A Reservation
Call or visit your Professional Travel Agent. They will
call us for reservations & will assist you with air transportation.
Deposit & Method of Payment
A deposit of $250.00 per person is required.
If you choose to purchase the BVT Tour Cancellation Protection Plan,
an additional cost is also required. The deposit payment, as well as Tour
Cancellation Protection Plan payment, is due to BVT within 7 calendar
days of booking. BVT accepts as method of payment: Travel Agency Checks,
Discover, Visa and MasterCard. If deposit payments are not received
within 7 calendar days, then reservations are subject to cancellation.
Final Payment: Balance is due to BVT no later than 60 days
prior to departure (or upon booking if you book within 60 days). We reserve
the right to retain the deposit and cancel any booking which is not
paid in full at the due date.
Travel Documents: After final payment, your travel documents
will be mailed to your booking agent 30 days prior to departure. Documents
include your tour itinerary, hotel information, luggage tags, name
badge, traveler profile, and any other information that may be helpful. Please wear
your name badge as you deplane at the airport. This will assist the
Tour Guide in identifying you.
Traveling Facts About Your Tour
If unforeseen conditions necessitate changes in the planned
itinerary, BVT reserves the right to vary itineraries and substitute the best alternatives available.
BVT reserves the right not to accept, as well as the right
to detain, anyone on tour whose condition or general behavior impedes the operation
of the tour or affects the rights of other passengers. BVT assumes
no liability for refund of unused tour services, attractions, meals,
etc. in which travelers choose not to participate.
Traveler Profile: Please make sure you completely fill out
the Traveler Profile information that you will receive in your final documents.
This will be collected by your Tour Guide.
Guaranteed Price: Once your deposit is received by BVT,
your vacation price is guaranteed.
Shows and Attractions: The shows & attractions listed on your
selected tour date are the ones that have been scheduled for you to see. Any additional
arrangements that vary from the scheduled itinerary are the responsibility and expense of the traveler.
Fully Escorted: Your friendly and knowledgeable Tour Guide
accompanies you for your tour itinerary excluding any add-ons to the original
itinerary. Your Tour Guide is there to help make your vacation a
worry-free and pleasant experience.
Hotels: BVT Uses Multiple Hotel
Properties in Pigeon Forge and Nashville. Rooms are Tastefully Appointed
with In-Room Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Iron & Full Size
Ironing Board, AM/FM Clock Radio with Alarm & Remote Control Color
TV.
Luggage: Luggage is limited to one bag per person. You
may bring a small overnight bag that is small enough to fit in the overhead
rack inside the Motorcoach, which will be your personal responsibility.
Don’t over pack! It’s always wise to travel light.
Transportation: A wide-body, VCR & restroom equipped luxury
motorcoach is reserved for each scheduled tour. We reserve the right to substitute
a smaller transportation vehicle in rare situations when it becomes necessary.
Seats are not pre-assigned, but are rotated on a regular basis, using
different methods as determined by your Tour Guide. This method affords
equal opportunity for each traveler to view scenery from different areas
of the Motorcoach during the course of the trip. The seat directly behind
the Driver is reserved for the Tour Guide. All scheduled surface transportation
while on tour is included whether by motorcoach, shuttle, or boat, none
of which are owned or operated by BVT.
Flight Delays: BVT is not responsible for transportation
or other expenses incurred due to airline cancellations or delays.
Travelers with Special Needs: Your health is important.
Some attractions require some walking. People with physical disabilities
must have a traveling assistant who is fully responsible for the person if the
disability prevents them from being independent. BVT must be notified prior to the tour
of any ADA requirements for those who are physically challenged. Special
dietary preparations of food cannot always be assured. BVT is subject
to the policies of facilities, accommodations and available transportation
carriers, none of which are owned, or operated by BVT.
Personal Expenses: Room service, phone calls, alcoholic
beverages, and any other personal services or expenses are not included.
Insurance: We recommend luggage & accident insurance.
BVT is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal items. BVT is not responsible for
personal injury, accident or illness.
Air Transportation: The price for your land tour
does not include air transportation. Call or visit your Professional
Travel Agent. They will call us for reservations and will assist you with your air transportation.
Gratuities
Luggage: Hotel luggage handling is included in your tour price.
Meals: Gratuity for dinner is included in your tour
price. If you receive extra service you may feel free to individually offer an additional gratuity.
Tour Guide and Driver Gratuity: The traditional
end-of-trip gratuity to your tour guide and driver is not included.
If you feel your tour guide and/or driver helped you enjoy your vacation,
we suggest you enclose a gratuity in an envelope and present it individually at the end of the tour.
We want your visit with us to be memorable,
relaxing, informative, and most importantly – fun. Make sure you bring a camera & plenty of film.

If You Have To Cancel
Refunds: For cancellations of 91 days or more prior
to departure, you will receive a full refund of all funds received by BVT, less a $49
per person processing fee. 90 to 61 days prior to tour date, a $250
per person fee is charged. 60 to 31 days prior to tour date, 50% of the tour cost
is charged. 30 days or less prior to tour date, there is no refund.
BVT is not responsible for cancellation penalties
imposed by airlines or other transportation carriers. We recommend
you consider some form of trip cancellation protection which is available through your travel
agent. All cancellations must be faxed in writing to BVT.
Tour Cancellation Protection Plan (TCPP)
In order to protect your tour purchase, we strongly
recommend the purchase of our TOUR CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN (TCPP).
If you have to cancel due to physical personal injury or illness, you can choose to receive
a full credit toward a future BVT tour or a full refund of all funds
received by BVT for written cancellations received by BVT up to the
day of departure. Documentation must be provided to BVT by the attending physician and
must specify that the illness or injury prevented the traveler’s
ability to physically participate in the tour. In the event of the death
of an immediate family member, you can choose to receive a full credit toward
a future BVT tour or a full refund of all funds received by BVT for
written cancellations received by BVT up to the day of departure. A Death
Certificate and a statement of relationship with the deceased must be provided
to BVT. If you must return home due to an emergency, refunds will be whatever
net funds BVT recovers from suppliers. TCPP is valid for purchaser
only, must be purchased at the time of deposit, is not transferable, is non-refundable,
and only covers the BVT land tour. Without TCPP, normal cancellation
policies apply.
Responsibility
BVT America is headquartered
in Branson, Missouri. In common with other companies, BVT acts only
as an agent for passengers in all matters connected with hotel and dining services,
sightseeing tours, other suppliers of services, and transportation whether by motorcoach,
boat or any other means. As agent, BVT holds itself free of responsibility
for any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause. We are not
responsible for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage,
expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or canceled transportation services, changes of schedule,
strikes or other conditions beyond our control. All suppliers of services
are independent of, and are not owned by, BVT.
